Semantic Web Outstanding Paper Award 2017

The Semantic Web journal 2017 Outstanding Paper Award goes to

Pierre-Yves Vandenbussche, Ghislain A. Atemezing, Maria Poveda, Bernard Vatant, Linked Open Vocabularies (LOV): a gateway to reusable semantic vocabularies on the Web. Semantic Web 8 (3), 2017, pp. 437-452

We congratulate the awardees!

Our process for selecting the outstanding paper award winners is as follows: Each summer we seek nominations for the awards by editorial board members and guest editors. The editorial board then casts a vote on the nominations, and the nomination with most votes receives the award. All papers published within the previous 12 months, plus all papers not yet published but accepted and final version received, are eligible.
